Responsibilities
- Design enterprise solution and data architecture on the Azure/Microsoft stack.
- Architect scalable cloud, integration, and data solutions using APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture, and modern data pipelines.
- Design and oversee data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
- Define integration patterns and API strategies across enterprise applications and services.
- Design SQL/NoSQL data models and storage solutions for application and analytics needs.
- Ensure architecture decisions align with enterprise security, governance, and architecture standards.
- Translate business and technical requirements into designs with delivery leads, business analysts, and engineering teams.
- Review technical implementations for alignment with architectural designs.
- Identify architectural risks and trade-offs and provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay current on Azure capabilities and recommend improvements to architecture and tooling.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution or data architecture on the Azure/Microsoft stack.
- Strong experience designing scalable cloud, integration, and data solutions using APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture, SQL/NoSQL, and data pipelines or ETL.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
- Working knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Strong understanding of modern data platform and integration patterns.
- Ability to communicate complex technical designs to technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
