Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Engineering to define and deliver technical solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers from onboarding to production deployment.
- Design, test, and implement integrations using tools like Elasticsearch, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Build and maintain API and data workflows using REST, webhooks, and Python scripts.
- Act as a trusted advisor across risk domains such as Fraud and Credit Underwriting.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or customer-facing architecture roles.
- Deep experience with AWS and data infrastructure tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Redis, Redshift, or Clickhouse.
- Expertise in integrating REST APIs and third-party data providers.
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
