Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage software release cycles and maintain application compatibility, stability, and performance.
- Use APIs and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and lead process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- Strong experience configuring and customizing packaged or SaaS applications.
- Familiarity with APIs and low-code platforms for solution development and integration.
- Experience managing software releases and maintaining system stability.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- 15 years of full-time education.
