Responsibilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to provide software solutions and support key technical decisions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and support team performance.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to continuous process and system improvement.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with microservices architecture is beneficial.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
