Base Salary
$170k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape direction and identify necessary business process changes during initial engagements.
- Recommend changes beyond the platform, including process redesign and workflow ownership.
- Design end-to-end solutions that integrate human and AI workflows.
- Identify and design reliable handoffs for agentic workflows.
- Build coalitions and manage stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
- Stay involved through delivery and adapt designs as customer realities evolve.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Background in business process transformation with a focus on operational change.
- Experience leading complex engagements at the VP and C-suite level.
- Professional services or management consulting experience.
- Strong communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Ability to identify unspoken customer needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience with enterprise-scale operations, including compliance and security requirements.
