Base Salary
$170k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Shape early recommendations and points of view that identify needed business-process changes.
- Recommend process redesign, workflow ownership, and changes to how work moves between teams and between humans and agents.
- Design end-to-end solutions that translate enterprise workflows into architectures supporting human-agent collaboration.
- Identify high-leverage agentic workflows and design reliable production handoffs.
- Build stakeholder coalitions, manage competing priorities, and identify internal customer champions.
- Create reusable solution patterns and reference architectures.
- Remain involved through delivery, adapting designs as customer needs evolve and maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of client-facing delivery, consulting, or enterprise transformation experience.
- Experience leading complex engagements with VP- and C-suite-level stakeholders.
- Professional services or management consulting background, including accountability to statements of work and engagement outcomes.
- Experience leading business process transformation engagements where the outcome changed how an organization operates.
- Practical experience designing agentic workflows, including model selection, prompt architecture, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and AI risk assessment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with C-level sponsors, technical stakeholders, and business subject-matter experts.
- Experience handling enterprise-scale environments with thousands of users, multiple business units, compliance requirements, and security requirements.
