Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customer questions and explain solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Onboard customers by configuring accounts, setting up and validating data connections, and confirming that implementations meet their goals.
- Expand and reconfigure customer setups as their data, use cases, users, and capabilities grow.
- Partner with Sales on technical configuration and conduct discovery sessions to understand customer workflows and requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with engineering teams and translate customer-reported problems into reproducible issue descriptions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, and promote customer adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Implementation.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems.
- Experience with data integration, APIs, and database concepts.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Background in software development or engineering, experience in a SaaS or B2B technology company, and knowledge of enterprise software implementation methodologies are pluses.
