Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales with decision-makers through demos and proofs of concept that influence solution design and enable production deployments.
- Lead hands-on hackathons and architecture workshops to accelerate adoption of Microsoft cloud platforms.
- Build relationships with platform leads and co-design secure, scalable architectures and solutions.
- Resolve technical blockers and objections while collaborating with engineering to improve products.
- Develop expertise in AI business processes across Finance & Supply Chain, Power Platform, and Sales & Services.
- Represent Microsoft through thought leadership in developer communities and customer forums.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 1+ year of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2+ years; or 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with cloud and hybrid or on-premises infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure architecture and development, cloud platforms, information security, or architecture is preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial cloud offerings, Microsoft’s cloud platform, and/or business application ecosystems is preferred.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
