Responsibilities
- Design and scope tailored pre-sales solution architectures for complex customer requirements.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and proofs of concept across the digital solutions portfolio.
- Partner with sales teams, account executives, and executive stakeholders to address technical inquiries and advance sales opportunities.
- Provide technical ownership, quality assurance, and compliance oversight for key pursuits.
- Support statement of work creation and contract configuration in accordance with organizational standards.
- Perform consultative solution selling, ROI modeling, executive stakeholder engagement, and deal advancement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical solution design, architecture, and modeling within cloud SaaS, content services, or technology consulting platforms.
- Strong knowledge of modern enterprise data architecture, content management, business process management, data protection, and optical character recognition technologies.
- Proven ability in consultative solution selling, return on investment modeling, executive stakeholder engagement, and deal advancement.
- Valid cloud architectural certification from a major hyperscaler platform, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
