Responsibilities
- Translate customer challenges into AI solutions aligned with business value and high-ROI outcomes.
- Lead architectural design and engage business and technical decision makers to drive adoption of Copilot Chat, Agents, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Use Copilot prompt engineering and agent-building expertise to implement AI at scale.
- Partner with technical and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Support customer AI transformation through communities, intellectual property creation, knowledge sharing, and customer feedback.
- Maintain technical readiness through continuous learning in Copilot, agents, business value realization, and adoption and change management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, liberal arts, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant cloud, IT, architecture, consulting, technology, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical cloud certification such as Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, or a security certification.
