Base Salary
$120k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic support workflows using Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or equivalent frameworks.
- Own run-state reliability, incident response, live-site health, and continuous tuning for AI-driven support workflows.
- Adapt AI workflows to changing support policies and operational processes, including SLA calculations, case ownership, and escalation models.
- Improve customer trust, satisfaction, sentiment, intent understanding, and resolution outcomes.
- Implement security, privacy, responsible AI compliance, RBAC, data-access controls, case ownership controls, and data-exposure protections.
- Define observability, monitoring, and intervention mechanisms for concurrently operating AI agents.
- Partner with engineering, support business, compliance, and platform teams to establish scalable AI-managed support patterns.
- Contribute to a platform that enables citizen developers to safely build support workflow agents.
- Ship significant features or architectural components end to end and help establish team standards for agent development and evaluation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, or comparable languages.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred experience building LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, or fine-tuning with attention to evaluation, latency, and cost.
- Preferred experience with AI-native development using agent harnesses, GitHub Copilot CLI, coding agents, Markdown specifications, ADRs, and YAML configurations.
- Preferred experience shipping production agent-based systems, including evaluations, observability, and debugging for non-deterministic systems.
- Preferred experience contributing to AI safety, prompt-injection defenses, and audit trails.
- Preferred ability to own and ship significant features or architectural components end to end and collaborate across teams.
