Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Serve as the customer-facing technical subject matter expert for Turnitin’s Integrity and Assessment products.
- Lead or support customer meetings, product overviews, tailored demonstrations, workflow discussions, and technical presentations.
- Partner with sales teams on technical inquiries, RFP/RFI responses, deal strategies, customer messaging, and business cases.
- Manage customer trials, pilots, and proofs of concept with clear evaluation criteria and successful outcomes.
- Conduct technical discovery with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, constraints, integrations, and future-state workflows.
- Synthesize customer feedback, competitive insights, and feature requests for Product, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.
- Support product or feature launches, sales enablement, mentorship, best-practice sharing, and the growth of the Solutions Engineering organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical consulting in EdTech or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive, academic, and technical audiences.
- Proven experience managing technical evaluations, proofs of concept, RFP responses, and complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex customer workflows and integrations, gather requirements, and support change management.
- High intellectual curiosity and the ability to work through complex problems with a flexible, humble, and customer-focused approach.
- Experience with LMS platforms, LTI standards, and REST APIs is a plus.
- Ability to regularly adjust working hours across global time zones.
