Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead SharePoint Server and SharePoint Online migration programs, including discovery, assessment, migration waves, pilots, remediation, cutover, and hypercare.
- Design modern SharePoint Online intranets, including information architecture, hub and site strategy, navigation, search, metadata, content types, and permissions.
- Configure and operate Microsoft and third-party migration tools and troubleshoot migration issues.
- Modernize legacy workflows and forms using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Establish Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity, governance, security, compliance, provisioning, lifecycle, and operational reporting standards.
- Lead project lifecycles from discovery and requirements through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-migration stabilization.
- Run client workshops, communicate risks and recommendations, and produce assessments, target-state architectures, migration plans, runbooks, and executive communications.
- Collaborate with EY teams, client stakeholders, vendors, executives, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional enterprise technical consulting experience designing and implementing collaboration solutions with Microsoft technologies; the posting also lists 5+ years of consulting experience as a must-have.
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, or 2019 and SharePoint Online.
- Proven experience planning and executing SharePoint migrations and experience with migration tools such as Migration Manager, Mover, ShareGate, AvePoint, Quest, or similar.
- Experience implementing SharePoint Online intranets and administering SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate for forms and workflow modernization.
- Experience with SharePoint Server farm administration, solution packaging and deployment, troubleshooting, architecture, governance, identity, security, and compliance.
- Experience with enterprise tenant-to-tenant, on-premises-to-cloud, merger and acquisition, divestiture, and digital workplace transformation programs.
- Experience delivering in regulated or security-conscious environments and communicating with technical and executive audiences.
- Experience modernizing legacy workflows and forms using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Nintex, K2, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Additional migration and modernization tools such as BitTitan, SkySync, and Metalogix are preferred.
- Microsoft certifications are preferred or relevant, including MS-900, MS-102, MS-700, SC-100, AI-900, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Teams Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, or Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate.
