Responsibilities
- Lead strategic AI adoption, governance, and modernization discussions with C-level executives.
- Deliver technical presentations, interactive workshops, demonstrations, and technology evangelism activities.
- Architect and execute high-value proofs of concept connecting AI agents with customers’ enterprise systems.
- Analyze complex IT landscapes and recommend solutions that fit existing customer ecosystems.
- Represent OutSystems at industry conferences, technology communities, and customer summits.
- Provide customer insights and requirements to global Product and Engineering teams.
- Enable alliance partners to position and sell OutSystems’ agentic AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise software.
- Meaningful exposure to AI/ML platforms, SaaS platforms, or AI-augmented development.
- Deep understanding of web development, APIs, database modeling, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Working knowledge of autonomous agents, orchestration patterns, human-in-the-loop models, and human-on-the-loop models.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and Model Context Protocol.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to executives and developers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Preferred understanding of AI data governance, enterprise security, and regulated-industry compliance in Australia and New Zealand.
- Preferred hands-on experience with OutSystems ODC, Agent Workbench, or Mentor.
- Willingness to travel within the ANZ region for client engagements.
