Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reliable software according to technical requirements.
- Analyze requirements, independently estimate tasks, and define acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate task deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager.
- Apply software development practices and coding standards to deliver high-quality, performant solutions.
- Stay current with modern technologies and optionally pursue professional certifications.
- Participate as a trainer or trainee in learning programs outside the main project.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of commercial experience with Python.
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency using async/await.
- Experience with Snowflake and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Camunda or other BPMN/workflow orchestration tools.
- Understanding of cloud environments and modern infrastructure concepts, including Azure and the HashiCorp stack.
- Experience with multi-tenant applications and tenant isolation concepts.
- Good understanding of Kubernetes, including pods, autoscaling, and resource management.
- Experience writing unit and end-to-end tests.
- Willingness to learn and work with Java; previous Java experience is an advantage.
- DBT experience is a plus.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
