Responsibilities
- Lead and coach software development teams while remaining actively involved in coding.
- Serve as a primary client contact and collaborate on technical vision, business needs, and delivery outcomes.
- Design solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic tradeoffs to solve client problems.
- Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through production evolution.
- Build full-stack features with C#/.NET and React while advocating clean code, reusable designs, TDD, pairing, and continuous delivery.
- Champion DevSecOps tools and practices, infrastructure automation, and shifting security left in development.
- Mentor less experienced peers and foster feedback, growth, inclusion, and technical excellence.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience, especially with C#/.NET and React.
- Experience leading software development teams using Agile, Lean, and/or continuous delivery approaches.
- Knowledge of TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to influence others, translate business needs into software requirements, and execute a technical vision focused on business value.
- Ability to mentor peers, handle ambiguity, and balance strategic and tactical work.
- Cloud technology experience such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred.
- Interest or experience in functional programming, event-driven architecture, platform engineering, or related technology practices is preferred.
