Responsibilities

Provide high-level application software development services and technical support to internal business groups.
Design, develop, test, integrate, document, and maintain efficient full-stack software applications.
Analyze, design, and develop test and test-automation suites, and participate in code reviews.
Apply security and privacy principles and evaluate compliance with organizational technology standards.
Consult with IT management and technical staff on emerging technologies, application requirements, implementation challenges, and business issues.
Contribute to corporate implementation and integration strategies for new technologies.
Mentor junior-level engineers and advocate for innovative technology solutions.
Select and implement vendor-specific methodologies and apply structured consulting methodologies.
Complete required training and use learning tools such as Pluralsight for professional development.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
10–14 years of software development experience.
Thorough knowledge of both frontend and backend web development.
Proficiency with C#, Java, HTML, Node.js, CSS, JSON, Angular, and JavaScript.
Understanding of security principles, relational databases, architecture design principles, application frameworks, and containerization.
Prior lead experience selecting and implementing vendor-specific methodologies and prior consulting experience with structured methodologies.
Broad experience with multi-platform development tools and toolkits.
Strong communication, organization, teamwork, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
