
Senior Technical Architect, Life Sciences

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert to large, complex life sciences enterprise customers.
- Architect technology solutions across commercial and clinical operations using Salesforce and Agentforce for Life Sciences.
- Lead strategic initiatives, contribute to the consulting community’s knowledge base, and support practice growth.
- Guide customers and colleagues in evaluating and deploying emerging technologies to increase business value.
- Manage customer expectations, negotiate complex solutions, and proactively identify and resolve risks.
- Review project and program direction, approaches, and artifacts to keep solutions on track, maintainable, and extensible.
- Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, clients, and third-party partners to define and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to program vision and advise on strategies involving enabling technologies and the Salesforce Platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
- 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core projects.
- Strong application design, data architecture, integration architecture, and security architecture skills.
- Experience in the life sciences industry, particularly pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical organizations.
- Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong presentation, written communication, verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
- Strong experience with integration concepts, designs, and patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant certification is preferred.
- Hands-on Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent life sciences CRM experience is preferred, including HCP/HCO structures, affiliations, specialty pharmacy, medical affairs, and compliant engagement workflows.
- Experience delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies and familiarity with agentic enterprise models and AI agents in life sciences is preferred.
