Base Salary
$300k - $353k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solutions architects across complex enterprise AI engagements.
- Oversee pre-sales technical engagements, including use-case discovery, proof-of-concept execution, deployment, and value realization.
- Partner with sales and go-to-market leadership on strategic account plans, technical value propositions, and pipeline growth.
- Serve as an executive technical sponsor and trusted AI strategy advisor for strategic enterprise customers.
- Architect scalable and secure AI solutions integrated with customer data ecosystems and existing technical stacks.
- Improve customer evaluation and proof-of-concept processes to demonstrate ROI and accelerate time to value.
- Gather customer and market feedback to influence WRITER’s product roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles and at least 4 years managing a pre-sales or solutions architecture team focused on enterprise software, cloud, or AI solutions.
- Experience leading and scaling a solutions architecture or sales engineering organization in a high-growth technology company.
- Deep technical proficiency in generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
- Experience managing complex AI/ML implementations involving data pipelines, model deployment, security, and compliance in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, strategic planning, and team-mentoring abilities.
