Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications, scalable web applications, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- Translate stakeholder and business requirements into secure, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, technical planning, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues, support releases and deployments, and improve application reliability and performance.
- Drive automation, secure software development, engineering best practices, and continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.
- Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and developer productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of enterprise software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, REST API development, and modern web application development.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, views, indexing, query optimization, performance tuning, and database maintenance.
- Experience supporting business-critical applications, including IIS administration, deployments, production support, and operational excellence.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding principles.
- Ability to solve complex enterprise-scale technical challenges and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python scripting, automation, content management systems, cloud platforms, modern application architectures, or application modernization is preferred.
- Experience in Financial Services, Capital Markets, FinTech, or other regulated industries is preferred.
