Responsibilities

  • Define end-to-end architecture, standards, design patterns, and best practices for enterprise Agentic AI solutions.
  • Design and implement multi-agent systems, orchestration layers, scalable agent frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
  • Lead development of LLM-driven solutions, prompting strategies, model interaction optimization, RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval, memory management, and tool integration frameworks.
  • Establish AI governance, Responsible AI controls, security, privacy, data governance, and risk management practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, guide architecture and implementation decisions, and review code quality, scalability, and solution design.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate architecture roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost, while evaluating emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Highly experienced architect with deep expertise in AI/ML, software architecture, and enterprise solution design.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, production-grade AI systems.
  • Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, and CrewAI.
  • Experience developing LLM-driven solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar foundation model platforms.
  • Experience architecting RAG pipelines, knowledge retrieval systems, memory management, tool integrations, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, privacy, data governance, and enterprise risk management.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and communicate with business and executive stakeholders.
