Responsibilities
- Act as the primary expert on Adobe Target, advising stakeholders on testing strategies and best practices.
- Constructively challenge client approaches that do not adhere to Adobe Target best practices.
- Stay informed on Adobe Target's roadmap and market trends, translating them into actionable client recommendations.
- Oversee and validate test designs, targeting logic, audience segmentation, and implementations.
- Mentor junior optimization specialists, reviewing their deliverables to elevate the team's technical expertise.
- Bridge strategic objectives with technical realities of Adobe Target in both strategic workshops and technical reviews.
- Represent the optimization practice in client governance meetings and presentations.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization, personalization, or digital experimentation, primarily with Adobe Target.
- Demonstrated career progression from operational roles to strategic or senior leadership positions.
- In-depth knowledge of Adobe Target's ecosystem, including recent platform developments and AI-based personalization features.
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior, technical stakeholders with confidence.
- Strong understanding of experience design fundamentals, including statistical significance and implementation risks.
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills, adaptable to both technical and business audiences.
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a significant asset.
