Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI applications and intelligent assistants.
- Define implementation strategies aligning AI capabilities with business goals.
- Guide teams in designing scalable AI workflows and information retrieval systems.
- Promote best practices in prompt engineering and model evaluation.
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable AI implementations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and value creation opportunities.
- Transform ambiguous needs into concrete implementation approaches.
- Act as a trusted advisor in workshops and presentations.
- Work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in software engineering or AI engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience leading technical teams.
- Strong experience in developing and deploying AI-powered applications.
- Practical experience with generative AI and agentic workflows.
- Excellent proficiency in Python development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud AI platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
