Responsibilities
- Shape the AI vision by partnering with product, design, and engineering leadership.
- Prototype and deploy AI systems to demonstrate capabilities and accelerate adoption.
- Architect the AI-ready technical stack for scalable and reliable AI features.
- Serve as a trusted partner to executives, informing long-term AI strategy.
- Define technical standards for safety and business impact of AI features.
- Mentor engineers and scientists to raise the technical bar across the organization.
- Evangelize AI best practices and foster a culture of innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in training and deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems and influencing product strategy.
- Deep expertise in LLMs and modern AI techniques such as fine-tuning and RLHF.
- Strong systems background with experience in large-scale data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AI development frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
