Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for critical applications and integrations.
- Investigate incidents, defects, performance issues, and application health problems; conduct root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, enhance, upgrade, and modernise secure scalable applications.
- Refactor legacy applications, reduce technical debt, and implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects while troubleshooting performance and data integrity issues.
- Support REST APIs, integrations, data migrations, application releases, upgrades, deployments, patching, vulnerability remediation, and UAT activities.
- Prepare testing, implementation, rollback, and support documentation and collaborate with DBA, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in full stack development, software engineering, or application support.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework or .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL Server/T-SQL.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar front-end frameworks; REST APIs; Git; and CI/CD practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, PowerShell or Python scripting, application monitoring and observability tools, ERP/workforce/asset management systems, Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments is highly regarded.
- Microsoft certifications are highly regarded.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens.
