Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications.
- Own microservices and APIs while improving software quality, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Deliver and deploy software using Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Use Agentic AI and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development, testing, and automation.
- Coach junior engineers on design, quality, and AI-assisted engineering.
Requirements
- Graduate/master’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native distributed software systems.
- Strong development experience with Java and Spring Boot and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Experience building and integrating microservices and APIs.
- Experience with GitLab CI and/or Jenkins pipelines.
- Exposure to Agentic AI or AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or Claude.
- Preferred experience with SOAP APIs, Oracle, PostgreSQL, relational databases, Linux shell scripting, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
