Responsibilities

  • Lead computer security incident response activities for highly complex events.
  • Conduct technical investigations and post-incident digital forensics to identify causes and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide security consulting on large internal projects and ensure conformity with corporate information security policies and standards.
  • Design, document, test, maintain, and troubleshoot complex security solutions covering networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security.
  • Review and correlate security logs and identify security vulnerabilities, risks, and remediation alternatives.
  • Lead a team and collaborate with managers, application owners, technical managers, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, and platform teams.
  • Support application teams with NGDC migration readiness and validation activities.
  • Develop and execute automated and performance testing plans, including baseline, workload, stress, and endurance testing.
  • Identify performance, capacity, and reliability issues and provide testing results, risk assessments, and migration readiness recommendations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of Information Security Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Knowledge of test automation and performance testing tools.
  • Understanding of workload modeling, baseline, stress, and endurance testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with application owners, technical managers, and engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
