Base Salary
$77k - $147k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, test, document, and implement software solutions for contact center applications.
- Deliver regular features and improvements using Java and related technologies.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems and production issues through troubleshooting.
- Analyze systems and recommend operational, policy, and procedural improvements.
- Prepare and install solutions by defining system specifications, standards, and programming requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle.
- Respond to outages and ensure business risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, four years of relevant education or experience, or an approved certification from CodeUp, Galvanize, VetFIT, or eFIT.
- At least two years of software development experience specifically with Java.
- At least one year of experience delivering technology solutions across all phases of the software systems and application development lifecycle.
- Basic understanding of one or more of Java, Swift, Objective-C, COBOL, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, or SQL.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting applications and systems during production issues.
- Ability to understand relevant business context and articulate technical challenges and solutions.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and tools.
- Preferred experience with Java APIs, batch jobs, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, React, NiCE Performance Management, NiCE Quality Central, vendor SaaS integrations, Selenium, Cypress, Microsoft SQL Server, and GitLab Pipelines.
- US military experience or experience gained as a military spouse or domestic partner is preferred.
