Responsibilities

  • Maintain master data, metadata, data management repositories, logical data models, and data standards.
  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.
  • Automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and redesign infrastructure for scalability.
  • Build industrialized analytic datasets and data delivery mechanisms that provide insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and business performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and five years of experience as a Staff Engineer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, or related occupation; or a master's degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience.
  • Three years of experience with Python, Java, C++, and Scala.
  • Two years of experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, advanced SQL and NoSQL databases including Postgres and Cassandra, and stream-processing systems including Storm and Spark Streaming.
