Responsibilities
- Assess facility and partner systems, interfaces, dependencies, integration requirements, onboarding needs, risks, and readiness gaps.
- Execute onboarding activities including credentialing, mTLS enrollment, secure connectivity, and interface configuration.
- Coordinate with facility teams, EHR vendors, engineers, testers, and integration partners to resolve connectivity, configuration, data-exchange, and deployment issues.
- Support synthetic rehearsals, integration validation, parallel runs, cutover preparation, and production transition.
- Develop onboarding procedures, technical runbooks, checklists, and implementation documentation.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues, document resolutions, transfer knowledge, and support secure, repeatable production onboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 or more years of related experience in technical integration, enterprise application integration, or healthcare interoperability.
- Experience assessing onboarding readiness, technical dependencies, interface requirements, and integration risks.
- Experience configuring secure connectivity and interfaces, including credentialing and mTLS enrollment.
- Experience supporting integration testing, synthetic rehearsals, parallel runs, cutovers, and production transitions.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex projects and coordinate with facility teams, vendors, engineers, and testers.
- Experience with EHR integration or Health Information Exchange, FHIR, or HL7 workflows is an additional qualification.
- Experience with API integration, XML, JSON, SQL, data mapping, or data-flow analysis is an additional qualification.
- Experience supporting federal healthcare programs or developing onboarding toolkits and implementation guides is an additional qualification.
- U.S. citizenship, successful completion of a background check, and ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance are required.
