Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize the technical vision for the CI/CD platform domain.
- Decompose complex problems into practical, operational solutions and ensure the quality of technical designs and implementations.
- Drive modernization of monolithic systems into microservice architectures and event-driven platforms.
- Define long-term platform strategy, API standards, coding standards, and design standards with engineering and architecture leaders.
- Contribute hands-on technical solutions while mentoring engineers and strengthening technical expertise across engineering and product teams.
- Lead cross-divisional projects and promote technology best practices and enhancements.
- Create technical communications, code samples, blog posts, and other knowledge-sharing materials.
- Serve as an expert on system performance, scalability, operability, and other non-functional characteristics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture, enterprise architecture and design patterns, cloud computing, and data architecture.
- Preferred: master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- Preferred: 10+ years of experience with software engineering and solution architecture, web technologies, distributed HPC and ML systems, cloud computing, and data architecture.
- Preferred: 10+ years of professional coding experience with languages such as Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
- Preferred: 8+ years of experience with databases and database management systems and 8+ years with public cloud platforms, cloud productivity tools, or virtualization technologies.
- Preferred: 10+ years of full lifecycle system development and networking protocol and third-party distributed-system integration experience.
- Preferred: 5+ years mentoring senior engineers and 2+ years leading cross-domain architectural reviews and establishing coding and design standards.
- Expertise in the strategic application of agentic AI coding tools is preferred.
