Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with Sales on account strategy, opportunity qualification, and technical wins.
- Lead discovery sessions and translate customer challenges into value-based solution architectures.
- Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and customer presentations.
- Lead Proof of Value and pilot engagements from definition through execution and outcome validation.
- Support RFIs and RFPs with technical and architectural input.
- Build expertise across Riverbed’s digital experience, network performance, and observability portfolio.
- Contribute to internal enablement, knowledge sharing, and SE best practices.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Solutions Engineering, technical pre-sales, or enterprise IT consulting.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience, EUEM, End User Experience Monitoring, or adjacent digital workplace technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including endpoints, applications, networks, and hybrid/cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with observability platforms, ITSM, endpoint management, or performance monitoring solutions.
- Ability to connect technical insights to business outcomes and engage technical and C-level audiences.
- Strong presentation, storytelling, communication, consultative, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Ability to travel up to approximately 40%.
