Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Write, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions across relevant technology platforms.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Provide technical support to team members and help resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with testing teams to ensure solutions are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
- Participate in stand-ups, project planning, and efforts to evaluate emerging technology trends.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile, cloud, IoT, or blockchain technologies.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools including Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, analytical, teamwork, adaptability, and time-management skills.
