Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations end-to-end.
- Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Orchestrate, Workday Web Services, and custom REST APIs.
- Develop and support PECI and PICOF payroll integrations.
- Build reporting solutions using Workday Reports, RaaS, and Calculated Fields.
- Manage integration authentication and security, including OAuth 2.0, ISU configuration, security groups, domain security policies, and API scopes.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, optimize performance, and provide ongoing production support.
- Support compensation reviews, performance processes, Workday releases, and regression testing.
- Partner with business, security, architecture, vendor, and global cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least five years of Workday integration experience with strong hands-on development expertise.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Prism, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Web Services.
- Proficiency with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and web service technologies.
- Experience with integration middleware such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Workday business processes, security, calculated fields, custom reports, and integration system configurations.
- Experience resolving integration failures and production issues and translating business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
- Experience working with Jira or similar development-tracking platforms.
- Preferred experience integrating Workday with HR, payroll, benefits, finance, identity management, and third-party systems.
- Preferred familiarity with monitoring, operational management, DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD, automated testing, and Workday integration best practices.
- Workday Integration certification is preferred but not required.
