Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain secure, high-quality production software solutions.
- Create architecture and design artifacts and ensure implementation meets design constraints.
- Apply AI-assisted development and automation tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation while validating their outputs.
- Analyze large and diverse data sets to identify patterns and improve code quality, system architecture, and application performance.
- Support operational stability, application resiliency, security, and software delivery across a large corporate environment.
- Build and support IVR and contact-center solutions using cloud and voice technologies.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, debugging, maintenance, and operational stability.
- Experience with modern programming languages and database query languages in a large corporate environment.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and evaluating their outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle, developer tools, DevOps exposure, application resiliency, security, and agile practices.
- Practical cloud-native experience and in-depth knowledge of financial-services IT systems.
- Preferred experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Voice XML, Automated Speech Recognition, Text to Speech, Genesys Voice Platform, Amazon Connect, Lex, and IVR development.
