Responsibilities
- Architect and rapidly prototype LLM-based, multi-agent, and agentic workflow systems for AI automation and data governance.
- Embed with strategic enterprise customers to understand their data ecosystems and translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Build and deploy BI and ML pipelines that produce executive-grade insights and measurable customer ROI.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to connect technical delivery with customer business outcomes.
- Define scalable solution patterns and productized delivery methods for Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
- Feed customer edge cases, patterns, and AI use cases into Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Design and build internal accelerators, automation frameworks, and reusable tooling.
- Conduct competitive analysis and provide actionable intelligence to Product and GTM teams.
- Mentor field engineers and customer technical teams on agentic AI, data governance, and platform architecture.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including significant customer-facing technical leadership in roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or CTO-office equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, vector databases, RAG architectures, and fine-tuning ML models for enterprise use cases.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale BI and data pipeline solutions using SQL, cloud warehousing, and predictive modeling.
- Architectural fluency in distributed systems, enterprise data governance, metadata management, and compliance-grade data platforms.
- Ability to write production-quality code rapidly and iterate through working prototypes.
- Experience shaping delivery methodologies, solution patterns, or technical standards across teams and customer organizations.
- Executive presence and ability to build trust with Fortune 500 CDOs and technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for trusted data and intelligent governance.
Benefits
- 75/25 split.
- U.S. base salary range of $148,974.00–$201,115.00.
- U.S. on-target earnings range of $200,000–$375,000.
