Responsibilities
- Identify business processes and high-value opportunities for AI and automation improvements.
- Design AI-agent, orchestration, workflow automation, integration, and user-experience solutions.
- Evaluate low-code/no-code tools, enterprise AI platforms, integration layers, and data sources.
- Develop prototypes, concept demonstrations, and reference architectures.
- Partner with engineering, integration, data, architecture, cybersecurity, product, change management, and training teams to deliver and operationalize solutions.
- Ensure solutions are tested, documented, secure, compliant, governed, scalable, and ready for rollout.
- Advise executives and facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, and roadmap planning.
- Support Product Management in defining capabilities, features, and user requirements.
- Co-lead an enterprise AI enablement program and develop training to improve organizational AI literacy.
- Recommend enhancements and optimization based on business feedback and solution performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of experience in solution engineering, automation, consulting, AI product development, or enterprise digital transformation.
- Strong experience architecting solutions with AI, automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and integrations.
- Experience translating business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs.
- Experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, UiPath, Gemini, Vertex tools, or similar AI and automation ecosystems.
- Background in process optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, or digital transformation.
- Understanding of data governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security requirements.
- Experience developing training or upskilling programs.
- Strong communication, consulting, facilitation, strategic thinking, collaboration, and hands-on solution engineering skills.
