Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement integrations with customer engineering teams.
- Build proof-of-concepts and code snippets to accelerate customer adoption.
- Advise customers on tradeoffs, system design, and scalable payments-infrastructure practices.
- Own technical onboarding from signed contract through production launch.
- Debug live integration issues across APIs, SDKs, and payment flows.
- Ensure deployments are smooth, stable, and optimized for long-term growth.
- Analyze transaction and integration data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Guide customers in deploying new features, payment methods, and advanced workflows.
- Partner with Sales to expand accounts through technical credibility and solution depth.
- Translate customer challenges into product insights for Engineering and Product teams.
- Build internal tools, documentation, and reusable integration assets.
- Help develop Coinflow’s global technical-deployment playbook.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience or a technical background.
- Coding ability in TypeScript and React sufficient for debugging, prototyping, and teaching others.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and distributed system data flows.
- Ability to write database queries for debugging, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for customer conversations and technical workshops.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environments.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or transaction processing is a bonus.
