Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and implement integrations with customer engineering teams.
- Build proof-of-concepts and code snippets to accelerate adoption.
- Own technical onboarding from contract signing to production launch.
- Debug live integration issues across APIs, SDKs, and payment flows.
- Analyze transaction and integration data to identify bottlenecks.
- Guide customers in rolling out new features and advanced workflows.
- Translate customer challenges into product insights for internal teams.
- Build internal tools and documentation for reusable integration assets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software engineering experience or a technical background.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and React for debugging and prototyping.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Ability to write database queries for debugging and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for customer interactions.
- Curiosity and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
- Bonus: Experience in payments, fintech, or transaction processing.
