Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements and ensure delivered products meet client needs.
- Design and develop functional user interfaces that enhance user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, reliable, and scalable code and create supporting specifications.
- Participate in software component design, technical design translation, task definition, white-boarding, and impact analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate to complex development and support issues and document results.
- Estimate assigned tasks and contribute to improving development processes, methods, and tools.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
- Translate data modeling, process modeling, and revision control information for client work.
- Support recruiting events, interview nights, internal activities, training, and ongoing technical development.
- Follow workplace and Independence policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Extensive knowledge of C#, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML required.
- Experience with JavaScript UI frameworks such as React or Angular required.
- Experience integrating with external systems required.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies required.
- Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices required.
- Experience gathering and analyzing requirements and participating in software component design required.
- Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients are preferred.
- Ability to identify engagement follow-on opportunities is preferred.
- Willingness to work in person or in a hybrid arrangement and travel 20–30% or more as needed.
Benefits
- Base salary ranges from $67,000 to $136,800 in most U.S. office locations, with higher ranges specified for certain metropolitan areas.
