Base Salary
$180k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI systems that model businesses, reconcile conflicting evidence, and reason about business and market decisions.
- Develop agents that coordinate complex, multi-party financial workflows while tracking context, commitments, and dependencies.
- Own architecture, infrastructure, evaluation methods, and product interfaces for core systems.
- Work across backend engineering, applied AI, infrastructure, and user-facing product development.
- Help shape the technical team and establish engineering standards.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience shipping production-grade systems and owning important technical decisions.
- Deep applied AI experience, including building intelligent agents and models for complex business processes.
- Experience building AI systems involving retrieval, memory, or evaluation frameworks and coordinating multi-party workflows.
- Ability to work across backend engineering, applied AI, infrastructure, and product interfaces in data-intensive environments.
- Strong system design and engineering skills, including building from first principles in greenfield settings.
- Background in financial or other complex professional workflows is helpful.
