Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements end-to-end from qualified opportunity through technical validation and go-live.
- Build customer-specific demos and proofs-of-concept using Liquid models to drive technical wins.
- Lead technical discovery by mapping customer architectures to Liquid solutions and quantifying ROI.
- Document friction patterns and capability gaps to influence product and research roadmaps.
- Create reusable assets such as reference architectures and engagement playbooks.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with ML models in customer-facing contexts.
- Experience in both pre-sales and post-sales technical customer engagements.
- Strong communication skills for running discovery and presenting to executives.
- Understanding of AI architectures and deployment tradeoffs.
