Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Create and promote the business value of Schneider Electric solutions during sales pursuits.
- Architect robust, scalable, innovative, and supportable BMS solutions aligned with commercial and account strategies.
- Provide technical validation, risk management, and technical governance throughout project lifecycles.
- Support Digital Buildings customers in the hotel segment as a trusted technical expert.
- Oversee solutions through project execution and systems deployment phases.
- Share best practices, transfer organizational knowledge, and manage multiple projects and support requests.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in relevant domains such as BMS, security, lighting, and room automation.
- At least three years of experience in project execution and systems deployment.
- Experience leading systems architecture work in design or consulting environments.
- Experience with System Architect Methodology.
- Deep knowledge of EcoStruxure Building Operations and associated EcoStruxure technologies.
- Knowledge of software programming using Script and FB, IT networking, enterprise IT architecture, and communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, OPC, and LON.
- Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
- Understanding of OT-to-IoT, IT-to-OT, and ETL integration concepts and methodologies.
- Knowledge of secure architectures and cybersecurity methods, processes, and tools.
- Strong business acumen, competitor-system experience, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, influence, and risk-management skills.
