Base Salary
$80k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customers through Orkes platform training, implementation, adoption, and orchestration best practices.
- Partner with sales as a technical advisor during the sales process.
- Collaborate with product teams and advocate for customer needs in the field.
- Define architectural visions, identify compelling use cases, and help customers achieve data-driven outcomes.
- Solve customer challenges involving orchestration, application development, modernization, scaling, and resilience.
- Lead technical workshops, seminars, and meet-ups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, and customer-facing roles.
- Understanding of business processes across multiple industries, geographies, and technical domains.
- Understanding of system design patterns, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture.
- Experience integrating systems using REST and messaging systems such as Kafka and MQ.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn new technologies, and a collaborative mindset.
- Bonus: experience with orchestration engines or workflow systems such as Conductor, Camunda, or Temporal.
- Bonus: contributions to open-source projects.
