Base Salary
$126k - $263k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, customize, optimize, and implement Microsoft 365 digital workplace and AI solutions.
- Lead enterprise implementations through discovery, definition, build, testing, training, and deployment.
- Develop solution blueprints, conduct design reviews, and coordinate cross-workstream delivery.
- Lead team members in developing methodologies, tools, approaches, thought leadership, and technical accelerators.
- Collaborate with clients, EY teams, technology professionals, third-party alliances, stakeholders, and executives.
- Support the sale and delivery of digital workplace transformation engagements and develop long-term client relationships.
- Configure and test M365 Copilot deployments and Copilot Control Systems.
- Apply responsible AI and AI risk frameworks to enterprise solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional technical consulting experience designing and implementing Microsoft-stack service offerings.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Visual Studio.
- Deep understanding of M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Agent 365, industry LLMs, RAG architectures, Copilot extensibility, MCP, and A2A.
- Experience with Microsoft Search, Teams, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot technical deployment.
- Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks including ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP LLM Top 10.
- Deep understanding of agile software development and experience implementing complex projects for large enterprise clients.
- Microsoft certifications and prior consulting experience are preferred, including MS-900, MS-102, PL-400, PL-600, AI-900, SC-100, and Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and client relationship skills.
