Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead post-technical-win account strategies and execution plans across the majority of Databricks use cases in strategic customer accounts.
- Own technical delivery for assigned use cases, driving onboarding, enablement, production go-live, adoption, and healthy workload consumption.
- Serve as the first contact for technical production and go-live issues, coordinating escalations and specialized internal resources.
- Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production and coordinate Professional Services engagement proposals.
- Coordinate Databricks Product and Engineering teams on product innovations, private previews, and upgrades.
- Develop execution plans covering use-case production, user enablement, product adoption, cloud cost control, tuning and optimization, and executive governance.
- Provide internal and external KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, product adoption, and use-case progression.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI, with the ability to contribute to customer technical debates and design choices.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and of attributing business value to project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex program or project delivery.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
