Responsibilities
- Lead platform modernization and cloud engagements for United Nations System organizations.
- Design secure, scalable, resilient architectures addressing data residency, regionalization, security, compliance, and AI adoption.
- Lead discovery and envisioning workshops, live demos, whiteboarding, rapid prototyping, proofs of concept, and pilots.
- Build or reuse reference architectures and technical close plans to move solutions from proof of concept to production.
- Advise CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders by connecting technical capabilities to mission outcomes.
- Partner with account executives, solution specialists, customer success, FastTrack, and partner technical teams.
- Develop technical depth and consultative selling skills and share reusable assets across the organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrable technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with such experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and migration of Windows, Linux, and virtual-machine workloads.
- Experience designing or selling enterprise solutions involving hybrid networking, secure connectivity, or network performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, agentic tooling, Windows Server, Linux, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container Apps, and Defender for Cloud.
- Proficient understanding of Azure networking, security, compliance, and hybrid cloud scenarios.
- Ability to lead technical engagements such as prototypes, pilots, and proofs of concept that produce production-scale outcomes.
- Preferred experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture, migrations, industry standards, and technology management.
- Preferred experience supporting international government organizations, multilateral development banks, public-sector organizations, or mission-driven institutions.
- Knowledge of GDPR, public-sector compliance standards, and data sovereignty considerations.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, NetApp, VMware, and Red Hat.
