Responsibilities

Act as a senior technical strategist and trusted field advisor to Sales, Product, and executive leadership.
Own complex technical sales motions, including solution design, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
Translate customer insights into product feedback and roadmap priorities.
Mentor and coach Sales Engineers across regions and drive team-wide technical growth.
Apply AI, GPT, and automation to customer discovery, proposals, proof-of-concept automation, and analysis.
Develop reusable GPT prompt libraries, demo assets, workflows, technical blogs, enablement content, and AI-enhanced demo playbooks.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering leadership and Enablement to scale successful technical practices globally.
Balance customer advocacy with operational sustainability for Professional Services and Support.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in IT, technical presales, or Sales Engineering leadership.
Expert-level proficiency in infrastructure, observability, automation, and cloud architectures.
Strong understanding of LogicMonitor’s platform, APIs, SDKs, and integration capabilities.
Proven ability to execute high-impact technical sales strategies in complex enterprise environments.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and executive audiences.
Experience with scripting and automation using Groovy, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
Experience with AI/GPT-based tools and operationalizing AI or automation at scale.
A consistent record of mentoring peers and driving organization-wide technical improvement.
Ability to share knowledge, build community, and represent technical excellence internally and externally.
