
Forward Deployed Engineer - Agentforce Operations (Regrillo)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Build, configure, and optimize operational workflows and multi-agent orchestration using Agentforce Operations (Regrello).
- Implement agent-to-agent communication standards, Model Context Protocol (MCP), context sharing, task hand-offs, and tool execution.
- Architect and maintain real-time enterprise AI grounding infrastructure using RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases.
- Develop APIs and integration pipelines connecting Agentforce Operations with Salesforce Data Cloud, cloud warehouses, and ERP systems through MuleSoft or custom middleware.
- Use AI-assisted developer tools including Cursor, Claude, and Vibes to accelerate production engineering.
- Model data, ship ETL/ELT pipelines, and build dashboards for agent performance, execution health, fallback triggers, and business outcomes.
- Connect customer deployment feedback with Salesforce product and engineering teams to inform platform roadmaps.
- Deploy solutions on site with key enterprise accounts, requiring 25–30% travel.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector search indexes, and knowledge-base retrievers for enterprise data.
- Practical experience with API design using REST, SOAP, and webhooks, plus modern agent protocols such as MCP, tool calling, or event-driven messaging.
- Expertise in process orchestration and API-led connectivity using MuleSoft or custom middleware for legacy ERP integration.
- Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and asynchronous message integration patterns.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Pega, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, Appian, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI and agent platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, IBM watsonx, Palantir AIP, and ServiceNow AI Agents.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Workday, Coupa, Jira, Slack, and major warehouse or transportation management systems.
- Knowledge of data governance and master data systems including Informatica, Collibra, SAP MDG, and Reltio.
- Knowledge of operational execution platforms including Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and Oracle Transportation Management.
- Preferred: domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics execution.
- Preferred: Salesforce ecosystem experience with Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, or headless architectures.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
