Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and optimize complex operational workflows and multi-agent orchestration using Agentforce Operations (Regrello).
- Implement agent-to-agent communication standards and the Model Context Protocol for context sharing, task hand-offs, and tool execution.
- Architect and maintain real-time enterprise AI grounding systems using RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases.
- Develop APIs and integration pipelines connecting Agentforce to Salesforce Data Cloud, cloud warehouses, and ERP systems through MuleSoft or custom middleware.
- Use Cursor, Claude, and Vibes as part of the daily engineering workflow to produce deployable code quickly.
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time dashboards for agent telemetry, execution health, fallback triggers, and business outcomes.
- Translate customer processes into agentic workflows and deploy them into production environments.
- Communicate customer deployment edge cases and product gaps to Salesforce product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt tuning, RAG pipelines, vector search indexes, and enterprise knowledge-base retrievers.
- Practical experience with API design using REST, SOAP, webhooks, and modern agent protocols such as MCP, tool calling, or event-driven messaging.
- Expertise in process orchestration and API-led connectivity using MuleSoft or custom middleware for legacy ERP integrations.
- Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and asynchronous message integration patterns.
- Familiarity with automation platforms including Pega, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow, Appian, and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms including Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, IBM watsonx, Palantir AIP, and ServiceNow AI Agents.
- Experience with enterprise applications such as Workday, Coupa, Jira, Slack, and warehouse or transportation management systems.
- Knowledge of data governance and master data systems including Informatica, Collibra, SAP MDG, and Reltio.
- Knowledge of operational execution platforms including Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, and Oracle Transportation Management.
- Willingness to travel 25–30% for on-site deployment with enterprise accounts.
- Preferred: domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics execution.
- Preferred: Salesforce ecosystem experience including Agentforce Specialist, Data Cloud, Apex, Flow, or headless architectures.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or BigQuery.
