Responsibilities
- Drive the long-term evolution and technical strategy of the Document Domain.
- Champion AI-driven development workflows and mentor engineers.
- Lead cross-team initiatives to deliver best-in-class document capabilities.
- Improve reliability and maintain high-quality standards.
- Enhance developer experience and evolve the document platform.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of development experience with Python.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases, message queues, and event-driven systems.
- Fluency with AI workflow for development to enhance productivity.
- Experience in mentoring engineers for tech growth.
- Ability to work on domain strategy and identify challenges.
- Good understanding of the development cycle from analysis to monitoring.
- Extensive hands-on experience in developing applications.
- Clear communication of technical ideas in English across teams.
