Responsibilities
- Build and maintain virtualization, harness, agent plan-and-execute, and telemetry components for the Eval platform.
- Implement per-step model orchestration and cost-aware model routing.
- Develop friction-detection rules and Jira auto-ticketing integrations.
- Collaborate with capability and Operations/Adoption teams to normalize use cases into agent-readable formats.
- Maintain the regression re-run pipeline to keep resolved use cases agent-ready.
- Write production-quality code and tests, participate in design and code reviews, and document technical work.
Requirements
- Require 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience with distributed systems or backend platform development.
- Require hands-on proficiency with Python and Java using Spring Boot.
- Require working knowledge of GraphQL for API design and React for internal tooling UIs.
- Seek exposure to LLM or agent tooling, or strong applied AI and prompting aptitude with the ability to learn agent-orchestration patterns quickly.
- Require strong computer science fundamentals, testing discipline, and the ability to independently own a well-scoped platform component.
- Experience with virtualization or sandboxing, CI/CD pipelines, Jira API integrations, RAG pipelines, vector databases, policy-as-code, or developer-platform and internal-tooling teams is preferred.
